Tony Morris-Davies, BA, LLB, is an experienced private client solicitor specialisng in non-contentious Probate and Estate Administration.  Tony has over 35 years legal experience in a wide range of legal areas.  He is also an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) as well as an Associate Member of the Society of Will Writers.  Tony practises as a freelance solicitor which is a new category of practice for solicitors allowing more flexibility for sole practitioners while maintaining the standards expected of solicitors.

Tony Morris-Davies is a freelance solicitor authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

 

The main business of the practice is non-contentious probate and estate adminstration.  Tony carries professional indemnity insurance for these areas of work.
